About
I specialise in training emerging women leaders in male-dominated industries in embodied confidence, presence and impact.
About Imogen
I am a trained actor, director and writer. I have worked for over a decade training emerging women leaders at top global brands. I am also a survivor of multiple incidents of sexual harm.
I unite these aspects of my life to bring a sensitive, embodied approach to all the work I do.
With five years of actor training, two decades of rigorous personal development and twelve years training and coaching work, I possess a wide range of tools which empower individuals to unlock their leadership potential.
I relish the rich rewards of engendering positive change and empowering women to step into a more expansive version of themselves.

As an actor, a facilitator and a survivor of sexual trauma, all my work starts with the body.
I trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and completed two years’ physical theatre training at LISPA. I’ve created award-winning plays and travelled the world with them, my work appearing at Shakespeare’s Globe, Soho Theatre, Southbank Centre, Roundhouse and across Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Brazil.
I am currently adapting Foreign Body, a verbatim solo performance about surviving sexual violence, into a memoir that speaks about survivorship and healing. These projects propelled me to work with The Consent Collective and Heard, speaking at festivals, universities and news outlets to bring about a more nuanced conversation about survivorship and sexual violence.
My work is trauma-informed and sensitive to the needs of every individual.
I honed my facilitation skills designing and delivering training for RADA Business and The Old Vic. I have trained leaders at global brands such as Chanel, Google, Sony, Warner Bros., Odeon, Stella McCartney, Dove, Sweaty Betty, Spotify, Tiktok, PwC, Deloitte, The Royal Academy of Engineering and the BBC. I have delivered courses in the UK, Germany, Belgium, India, the USA and the UAE.
Let me share my expertise with you. Become the communicator you’ve always wanted to be.
