About Me
I relish the rich rewards of engendering positive change and have trained leaders at global brands such as Chanel, Google, Sony, Warner Bros., Odeon, Stella McCartney, Dove, Sweaty Betty, Spotify, Tiktok, PwC, Deloitte, The Royal Academy of Engineering and the BBC. I have facilitated courses in the UK, Germany, Belgium, India, the USA and the UAE.
I have honed my skills designing and delivering training for RADA Business, Aspire Leadership, The Old Vic and Dramalysis.
My embodied approach to communication was born in my training as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and career as an award-winning theatre-maker at Shakespeare’s Globe, Soho Theatre, Southbank Centre, Roundhouse and across Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Brazil.
I am currently adapting my award-winning play Foreign Body, about my experiences as a survivor of sexual violence, into a memoir that speaks about survivorship and healing. These projects propelled me to work with The Consent Collective and Heard, speaking at festivals, universities and news outlets (Newsnight, The Mail on Sunday, The Independent, Radio 1 Newsbeat) to bring about a more nuanced conversation about survivorship and sexual violence. My work is trauma-informed and sensitive to the needs of every individual.
